Talks, marathons, exhibitions, documentaries, performances, workshops, pop-ups, technology experiments and scientific interactive activities. An opportunity to interact with science, technology and innovation. In this ninth edition, science, technology and innovation once again takes to the streets lead by researchers, artists, creators and entrepreneurs, with a programme that is full of activities for everyone and anyone. The first edition of the Science Festival was held in 2007, organised by the Department of Creativity and Innovation of the Barcelona City Council’s Culture Institute. The 2014 edition was the Science, Technology and Innovation Festival. With this NOVUM 2015 edition, the Science, Technology and Innovation Festival is firmly established among other festivals around the world.
They work for a city committed to creativity and innovation, for shared knowledge and for the creation of environments that allow experiments to be carried out, to promote the spirit of science and innovation between the people of Barcelona and the researchers, professors, students, entrepreneurs, creators and artists.
